Does anyone know why there was no "ANA" when they announced "Ichiban, Hanyu Yuzuru"? Isn't ANA still his sponsor?

Interesting Plushie was not in the videos either. Isn't he supposed to be Yuzu's role model when he was coming of age?

I don't understand why the Olympics writer repeatedly mentions Yuzu retired after missing the podium in BJ. They said the same thing in the previous article. Can't they use more respectful language?!

I really don't believe Yuzu has any intention to "cash in" on anything while he is still young enough to skate. His enormous popularity and talent beyond FS means he can venture into many other fields post his skating career. Financially he doesn't have to rely on income from pro skating to sustain future years. Personality wise he is simply not that kind of person -- my take only.

I'm actually surprised the song owner wouldn't give him a free license to use the music. Anything with a Yuzu touch will only boost popularity and additional sales.

It always upsets me to hear Yuzu being called "one of the best skaters ever". That is a blatant misstatement of plain fact. He is THE BEST skater ever.
