Excuse me the privilege, when I was in mid school all my teacher did was yell at us so could be quiet I was active back in 2012/2013 and all I can say is that I was so confused with all those comments even tough I already knew about figure skating before, this season was the one I discovered Yuzu so I wanted to see people's thoughts on PW (that immediately hit me extra hard and became one of my favorite programs) but when I checked a lot of comments were like "he lost himself" or "he should've had stayed with his old coach" I was really confused but since I started watching his competitions in that season and I hadn't watched his old programs yet I stayed quiet. To engage in those conversations I started watching Yuzu's old programs and those comments started to make me mad, he improved his skate so much and it's not because he chose to skate to a more rocky (smexy) song that they're trying to make him "canadian" (what does that even mean) I remember that I used to engage in a lot of arguments becouse of this but now I really just ignore these type of people is better this way.

Never watched in iSakura would I need vpn?

It's better to not have the gala tough, we are already gonna have an audience for the competition not having a gala would be less risky
-
I'm looking at my list now and I'm like "this should've been higher" or "I forgot about this one too" and just realize that I can't even rank the exhibitions on their own too, the way my mind just went blank when I decided to make my list I should've known better
-
YES!!! That Y spiral is everything, the delayed single axels too or Yuzu aggressively throwing his gloves in the end I need this, Yuzu you already turned PW into a gala for SC don't be shy bring Masquerade and Crystal Memories back too
-
I know like my absolute favorite program that is HYK but for the rest of the top I tried really hard and I still managed to forget Masquerade and Crystal Memories that are like masterpieces for me and would be high on the list (btw it would be so cool if Yuzu bring one of them back as gala for a competition)

From what I saw is gonna be televised in the countries that are participating, I don't know if ISU's gonna make a live transmission but if that's the case is probably gonna be geoblocked in these countries
-
I really find it very hard to rank his programs but let's do it Haru Yo Koi Chopin Notte Stellata Origin Parisienne Walkways Hope & Legacy Seimei Requiem of Heaven and Earth Etude Romeo & Juliet II Honorable mentions: Otonal, Let's Go Crazy, Hana Ni Nare, Hana Wa Saku, Ten to Chi to I swear this man is amazing and what he do is art

When I saw the shirt I was like "no he didn't...it's not PW stop he did not" and when he did the inicial pose and the music started I remember that I low key screamed at the television "I KNEW IT" this was amazing I think this jump layout would be a dream honestly, but being more realistic is very unlikely that this is gonna happen (to clarify I'm gonna be considering the 4T+1Eu+4S combination) First we have a 5 quad layout and that is something I think Yuzu is not gonna do, of course training to do the 4A must be helping a lot with his stamina but still 5 quads might be a little too much and by doing it without having a body used to do this much he would be too tired in the end and do the elements without the same quality which can cost him points (if he can do the 3A after all of this). Second a 4-4 combination is extremely difficult for this to be possible the combination 4T+1Eu+4S needs to be in the first half of the program because doing it as one of the last jumps is gonna turn out bad (but I can deny that I would die to see something like this be done by Yuzu especially in the Olympics)

Ok I've seen "Yuzu as..." with a lot of things but cathedrals it's the first time

I didn't know this account existed until until today but I'm definitely gonna take a look, you see I'm half japanese and here in Brazil we don't learn a lot about the japanese history when I was younger I felt really disconnected with this part of my family but now I really wanna learn more and I'm even trying to learn the language (I wanna visit some relatives and be be able to communicate with them lol) but I never thought that I would come across something like this in a forum about figure skating, this whole forum is amazing and props to figure skating and Yuzu to make me discover this place

Since you brought Snooker to compare Ronnie O'Sullivan's mastery with Yuzu's mastery I thought it would be interesting to bring one of my favorite sports Chess to compare some things. You see Chess being an intelectual sport rather than physical one changes some things but not the rivalry that existst in pretty much every sport so in chess the iconic rivalry we have now is the GOAT Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura these two are the top players we have, when they're not playing against each other their games are incredible in different ways they both have different approaches and unique ways of doing things (which reminds me a lot of Nathan and Yuzu's different approaches of FS ) so when they're playing against each other is always so nervouswreacking not knowing who's gonna win but the interesting thing is that the commentators are not being "biased" towards one of them they know it's pointless why would they put one of them down just to say how good the other one is? And this really makes me question why the media or those "experts" do what they do in figure skating. Magnus is the GOAT of chess like Yuzu is the GOAT of figure skating but he's human and as a human being (even though sometimes the things he does makes me question if he's not a machine in disguise ) he can make mistakes and lose but in chess you are not gonna see any expert saying that he past his prime or that he is not the best ever because they know the things he does take years to master if reaching the level he is now was so easy we would've had a lot of chess Grandmasters but we don't because it's not easy, so why the media and the "experts" do what they do to Yuzu? Denying that yuzu is not the best ever or trying to put him down because he "lost" to someone is pointless is not only just being biased but indeed denying a whole athlete's history it's like a big f*** you to history of the sport as whole and I will honestly never understand these things, the way this pisses me of. PS: Happy H&L day this program is *chef kiss* PS2: Yuzu needs better idols JW is way to problematic

I never understood this either, in my case even though Nathan is not my favorite skater I still watch the competitions he participates I like to see him skate it's not because I don't agree with the GOE's he gets that I'm gonna say he's a bad athlete or I'm gonna deny the fact that Rocketman is one of my favorite programs I may like Yuzu a lot more than I like Nathan but I'm not gonna say his a bad athlete (which does not mean that I'm not gonna comment the lack of transitions or the spins and other elements that for me were a little off and also does not mean I don't think he's overscored but this is something that he have no control of)

Ok this makes me very mad, Yuzuru Hanyu have not being out of podium since 2014 do these people know how difficult it is to be on podium in every competition for the past 7 years? If he's not relevant anymore or if he needs to retire all of this young or old skaters who are never on the podium needs to retire too it's not as simple as that, win all the time may not even be that skater motivation. If a skater who have 2xOGM, 2xWorld title, 4xGrand Prix Finals, 1x4CC, who broke the world record 18 times and is still able to achieve over 300 in the total score If a guy like this needs to retire I'm concerned about who is still relevant in this sport according to those people

Also the way he manages to make every single element fit the music perfectly look at this 3A exactly on the beat
