Hanyu needs to chill out and do some yoga. He is too hard on himself and since Japanese Nationals last year, he seems to doubt himself. It’s almost as if he’s trying too hard and he needs to realize he has all the skills and talent he needs to continue to be the champ. He used to own the ice and he has to regain that mentally. He owns the ice! I would have snever got into figure skating as a fan if I didn’t see him perform at the Olympics. Hanyu, you are the man and you have what it takes and will continue be the King of Ice.
