  1. Yuzuru was the only man in the so-called "big five" (himself, Javi, Shoma, Boyang, Nathan) to not have any pop or fall in BOTH his programs. His mistakes - minor in comparison, and absolutely no mistakes in the short of course. He did this with a gigantic ball and chain around his right ankle (both psychologically as defending champion who just re-started quad training 2 weeks ago and almost literally because of his ankle injury). He did this without two of his biggest BV weapons - 4Lz and 4Lo. If people want to talk about "what if" - What if the others faced Yuzuru Hanyu at his very best? Honestly, people should stop being salty with all their "what ifs" and enjoy the fact that this Olys was one of the cleanest comps we've had in a long, cursed, hell of a season.
  2. Guys, I am so happy right now, I don't know what to say, I feel unstoppable. Yuzuru is the greatest figure skater of all time and that is a FACT. After four years of being a Fanyu everything Yuzuru worked so hard for and everything we've hoped for has come true. Thank you Yuzuru and thank you to all of you fans. Today is a magical day that I will remember for my entire life.
  3. I've got a list of names and yours is in red, underlined
  4. Yuzu's had haters that do more than just post hate about him online, he knows they exist and knows how to avoid them. He has bodyguards and doesn't use social media (at least not beyond a very close circle of people). It will be fine.
  5. So true. If he's not ready by the team event, it's unlikely he will be ready for the individual one. But I would say that the strategic value in this course of action is avoiding fatigue before the main event, if the events are too closely scheduled together.
  6. I see now... New hairstyle goals EDIT: If memory serves me correctly, Yuzuru once said that if there was ever a movie made about him he would want Fukushi Sota to act as him.
  7. with a huge moustache as well... BUFF YUZU WILL SUPLEX ALL HIS RIVALS INTO THE STRATOSPHERE
  8. I'm actually half-expecting him to shock everyone with brand new costumes instead. 'Cos after ACI he changed the colors of his SEIMEI costume to more muted ones to "change the mood", and after all that he's been through recently, who knows what kind of mood-altering changes he will make.
  9. Whats the penalty if Disney didn't pay IOC but went ahead to display their brand?
  10. COMPLETE COMBUSTION?! omg, i hope she's not serious...
  11. if it was a conspiracy why don't they prove that it's untrue already? it's very easy for them to point to anything they don't like and say it's a lie without more, but that's also called delusion... seeing the video makes me miss Yuzu. *dries up and dies*
  12. P&G's getting real smart with their marketing schemes, huh. Someone should tip them off about the riches that await them if they would just open this to non-JP consumers...
  13. that banner!!!! so much respect!!! i refreshed the page and was immediately gobsmacked by this beautiful new theme, great job!
  14. omg... AMAZING!! I volunteer as tribute a sponsor for Yuzu.
  15. and ironically, her son doesn't know how to do laundry, yet his face is all the cleaning products ...
  16. Before i clicked the video i thought it was going to be the one of him saying "f**k", but this is better.
  17. Omg... WHERE CAN I BUY A MILLION OF THESE?
  18. Who knows, when if he wins gold he might be happy enough to do an LGC ex and fans everywhere will experience major nosebleeds.
  19. I WOULD BE SO STRESSED. I cannot even. I'm already stressed thinking about it. But it's up to him ultimately.
  20. I was thinking the same. Going straight from no comps to the most important competition of his life seems a little extreme.
  21. Why not Team event? That's weird. I thought it's compulsory for him to take part in Team, or am I mistaken?
  22. It's not over until it's over. The situation right now is not ideal, but it's not that bad? Yuzu has crazy talent and drive, as long as his injury heals up in time, I believe he can do it. Like Helsinki 2017, he may falter at first but he has the ability to pull it all together at the right moment.
