    Well, considering there are six meal trays and seven people in the picture, I wonder who was not originally part of the group and just popped in to take a picture.

    How did they caught a wild Yuzu?

  2. I think he is proof that one feature doesn't make or break you. May be focusing on his eyes don't do a particularly beautiful image, but he can still kill people with the stare. But when you look at the whole face, there are hardly people who looks more beautiful than him.

  3. Ohhh happy days indeed... Happy birthday to us.. id like to tag our savior, Zuzu Hanyu, PM poohsan, the tirelessly enthusiastic Mods, the regular translators and other info guys.... And the regular commenters who makes this place exciting:snpeace:

  4. Like Brian said, Yuzu is the kind of person who operates best on following goals and he needs a new one since he fulfilled the goals of the tiny terror that was the mushroom Yuzu. (He is 23 and he fulfilled all good goals and I feel so inadequate, jfc). Quad Axel is just that, something he can use to motivate himself and go on. I don't think he has it ready or he has seriously worked on it now, but he would from now on, without the pressure of an impending Olympics. We should not expect it anytime soon but should be in serious watch out.

  5. May be he doesn't know if he would be an adequate gold medal contender in the next Olympics season. That would be why he isn't committing to anything. I mean, I would love for him to continue competing, but he obviously has reached a certain level of contentment with his achievements, and living away from Japan constantly would not be a walk in park for him and and his family, also he has his education and future plans to run, most of which are Japan based. So I would understand if he stops after some more seasons and a 4A.

  6. His interest in research regarding every aspect of competitive skating and his keen thirst in academics does make him very Ravenclaw indeed. But let's not forget that Hermione was also like that. His comeback and determination and bravery to fight the Olympic demon makes him a roaring Griffindon. And how he goofs with his his fellow skaters and his friendship with hia rivals and his general goofiness makes him slightly Hufflepuff too. But ultimately for me too, he is a Slytherin, just because of this Olympics. Him keeping all his cards close to his heart and revealing tactfully just enough to make his competition on their edge, but not showing any weakness for them to even think that they have a claim to the throne, being so happy on ice and landing almost everything while laughing off any mis-jumps and finally that 5 jump combo in the face of Nathan chen, knowingly or unknowingly; pure Slytherin. I say knowingly.

    PS: I don't believe in the segregation of children according to their characters and raising them like crops. And as much as I love Harry Potter, that's a flaw that I realised later on and that Harry could have used valuable inputs from few Slytherins and Tom wouldn't grow up to be so evil if he had few Hufflepuff buddies.

  7. Can we not talk about the art lady anymore? It's her vision and her canvas? May be that's how she sees Yuzu. Let her have it.

    As huge a fan of Yuzu that she seems to be, I fear she could be a regular lurkur or Anon here.

    I'm dying to know Yuzu's reaction going thru the men's event today. What would be his reaction?

    I know he is not the SNS type, but I'd have killed for him to have a live tweet or something during the entire ladies and men's FS.

    Ladies is just: :tumblr_inline_mqt4grU8ua1qz4rgp::tumblr_inline_n18qr5lPWB1qid2nw::tumblr_inline_mp4i2vHXDy1qz4rgp:

    Men would be just crying over Shoma and Boyang.
