    ok intermission so i just have to say about this 1st half that... THE BAR IS ON THE FREAKING MOON (i'll never be able to watch another non yuzu ice show i fear) omg yuzu, the opening was crazy that costume is the best thing i have ever seen in my life!! He skated to spirited away, literally my fav movie. And Rondo made me cry like a baby, his smile at the end was all the healing i needed. Can't wait for the rest.

    me lmao, i swear i overthink everything which causes me anxiety about the dumbest things. Yuzu skating live is def one of the things that causes me as much worry as happiness, but like always i'll push thru i genuinely don't think i could miss this show live it's too iconic, too goated and a once in a lifetime experience. And then i'll rewatch it a billion times and actually take it all in. I keep telling myself that if i survived olys tenchi live i can survive anything else, maybe that'll work for you too. But if you don't think you can handle it (which is okay) then you can buy the ticket and watch after, but you need to buy the ticket before the show iirc

    I understand the concerns about him not having enough time to rest and yk wanting to protect him from jmedia and certain narratives….but some reactions on Twitter are very ???? yuzu is calling the shots now, if he’s going it’s because he wants to. I feel as fans we shouldn’t be so negative so soon and at least be happy and grateful that we’ll have new yuzu footage and performances. I mean SOI has given us blinding lights yall 👀 let’s just not be so pessimistic, it’s not helpful to yuzu and we know he lurks and reads what we say.

    idk much about CLAMP or manga in general, but omg their art style is absolutely gorgeous and suits yuzu so much. This is the type of merch that i'll go out of my way to buy, especially since it will compliment the story of 'GIFT'. Since CLAMP seems to be very famous globally, maybe it will get some overseas distribution and we'll get an English version of the manga? *Crossing my fingers*

    I feel you, as someone who was so nervous before competitions (barely slept during the olys) and prologue lmao, I can only imagine how I'll be watching GIFTbut I guess that's part of the excitement, I'm used to being anxious when I watch his performances live for the first time, I can barely process what yuzu does, I'll only really enjoy the show later when I rewatch it a billion times. One thing I tell myself is that while I worry about my poor self, there's no need to worry about yuzu, he's a master at this game and he always delivers

    No skater has gotten above 200 on the free and 300 overall in this season afaik. The US Nats are barely a competition, the scores are always so rigged and make little sense. It's sad to see the state of this sport, these worlds are going to be... underwhelming... the men I care about won't stand a chance against all the overscored fed favorites. Japanese and Korean women are my only salvation at this point.
