  1. Does anyone know what Japanese tv will broadcast the games? Is it Fuji? Because of timezones iptv is my best bet to watch the whole comp whenever I have the time
  2. Thanks! If you are able to get the whole comp, let us know, so far there is only parts of a few groups of men's SP, the system didn't record the whole thing
  3. Ok, I may have figured how to watch a little more, but I don't think there is any channel on Muji TV playing the whole comp. Parts of it will be under HD tv - BS Fuji HD and parts of it will be under Kanto area TV - Fuji TV (I set Google translate to automatically translate pages in Japanese and these are the tabs I get). I hope this helps
  4. If anyone knows where we can pay to have replays, please do so. I'm on the opposite side of the world and after a hectic week at work there is no chance I'll wake up at 4am to watch the comp (I like to watch the whole thing for comparison)...
  5. I have phases following figure skating, and with the easing of the pandemic and getting a job it's been harder to follow the Planet. I'm as sad as anyone to hear about Yuzu's injury, but my brain decided to entertain especulations about his new SP and last night I DREAMT about it... Except it looked like a full on super kpop show in which he was an ALIEN dressed in a lot of vinyl, purplish pink, and there was a singer with him, I couldn't recognize them but it looked a lot like Brazilian singer drag queen Pabllo Vitar and the music was in Spanish I think? 🤣 So yeah, that's what the drought is doing to my brain, I just wanted to share 😝
  6. I know I'm super late for this (been away for a while), but does anyone have this audio? I could translate from Portuguese to English. Can't believe I missed it >.<
  7. iSakura updated mid Jnats, it's not flash anymore. Worked fine for me. The only downside is that Flash allowed us to download the videos and the updated version doesn't. It still allowed to watch stuff from before if you missed it live though
  8. [NEWS] I hope I did it right! So, as I understand, he had to go through 2 weeks of quarantine (after worlds)? While the athletes from abroad just needed to do a PCR and stay in the hotel??? I do understand he lives there, but couldn't there be an arrangement for him to stay in Osaka already, training at the official rink, with drivers that would be working for WTT already? That seems like a disadvantage for him 😥
  9. For what I gathered from Roman and Nam (they did a completely useless live last night, but it was so entertaining 🤣) the skaters and tech team are not allowed out of the hotel or the rink. It looks like the hotel is all for skaters, but they keep roaming around the corridors, something without masks 🙄 I really don't know how Japan does it, but for a place where the SOE doesn't really mean locking down, they have very few covid cases and deaths, and after other comps with audience, I just pray things are as they seem and the athletes are safe. On another note, I said earlier that the gala would not be streamed, but I found out it will, in case anyone wondered.
  10. I can't find the channels on ForJoyTV, but as I understand it, there wouldn't be a way to watch WTT anyway? iSakura upgraded last jnats, it's not Flash anymore (can't download shows anymore, that's a downside) and it worked pretty well on my phone on the last day of comp.
  11. Well, luckily iSakura is very cheap, but with the exchange rate in Brazil, I can't be paying for it for every competition.
  12. Oh, what I meant was that I read somewhere that they would not stream the gala, though there will be one. I wonder what channel that will be, and when My understanding is that if you're out of Japan, you're good without vpn
  13. I was hoping ISU would live stream it, but I can't find anything, so I guess iSakura it will be again
  14. Thank you! Did I read it right that they will not have the gala though?
  15. I tried to search it but didn't get any results: World Team Trophy is next week already: does anyone know if it'll only be televised in Japan? Would Sakura IPTV work?
  16. Roman said that studies gave him anxiety - he thought he wasn't doing enough for it during high school because skating takes so much energy, even on days off he'd be worried about homework (if there was any or not)
  17. I will try Edge soon, something updated on the site and it's not working right now for me. As for downloading, just right click the video in question and save it. You'll need a program to run the file if it doesn't from Media Player in your computer.
  18. Anything below 25C is very cold in Rio To be fair, the lack of insulation and temperature control inside homes is annoying, but since the weather is not life threatening, we can get away with it. But I love extreme winter, I was very happy in my exchange in Quebec
  19. Hello, thank you! Been following fs only recently, since PC and because ISU decided to live stream the comps. I've checked the forum there, not very active, but I don't blame anyone but myself - why do I have to be a fan of an ice sport when I live somewhere people think 10 degress C is SUPER FREEZING cold?
  20. Oh, I didn't know you could download it. I guess it would be an even better option, because I'm already dreading having to wake up early for the fs
  21. Oh, is it good connection? Easy to navigate? I saw that there are many channels in there, I'm afraid it's going to be confusing. Could you send me the link to sign up? I don't remember where I read it, but there's a link that sends the confirmation and login faster. I'd like to test it before the competition
  22. Hello, long time lurker here I was wondering if people who subscribed to isakura could tell me if it's worth it. I watched today's short through the Panda Guy (?) live stream but it was very choppy for me (surprisingly the only presentation that actually worked no problems was Yuzu's) and I was thinking of signing up to their 3 day offer for the free and hopefully MOI. TIA
