Its probably the shared demographic?

No worries, I know you guys were joking about it earlier - I was just being curious
-
Even though Yuzu said he's taking strong painkillers - I was under the impression that they couldn't be *too* strong because it would overly affect his mental state and hence his performance? Or maybe he switched for gala practice?

yonkaiten axel!!
-
Yep pretty sure they changed the embriodery - they took out a lot of the gold/green patterning that used to be on the 2016 one so maybe they added more sequins in exchange edited for clarity

haha the fact that I might be able to see the sparkles in real life is only reinforcing my desire to one day drop my life savings on airplane and figure skating tickets Is it Evgenia's from this season's SP? Her Chopin dress is so beautiful...
-
ohhh ok i see! yeah on tv i can tell that the costumes are really intricate and etc. but never the sparkles
-
wow so shiny... i don't think i've realised how shiny (and beautiful) sequins can be until this photo
-
brown LGC?? haha where
-
awww Orser is so supportive of Yuzu :'( even though part of him is probably like - yuzu pls chill - he still hypes up his student and supports the challenges that Yuzu wants to pursue... can i just say again that I love how supportive TCC is lol

watched the free skate but only got the chance to read all the planet comments now including the oly thread, that was like over 70 pages of reading... but it was worth thanks everyone for sharing links, photos, videos and most of all your thoughts and feelings regarding this emotional rollercoaster! so glad this forum exists so we can celebrate not only yuzu's athletic achievements including now AS TWO TIME OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALLIST (FIRST SINCE 1952!!!!!!) but also his wonderful multifaceted personality, his wisdom, insight and perservance!

haha looks like i'll have to drink some exTRA coffee to stay energized for work lol tbh i just want to hibernate for the next week until olympics are over so i can leave this emotional rollercoaster Ok i think i'm going to impose a 14 hour ban on internet and figure skating forums so I can sleep and get some work done. Which means I'll probably be skipping any of Yuzu's practice updates. (probably better for my overanalytic mind) See you all on the other side Best of luck to Yuzu! I hope he can stay happy and healthy tomorrow, and show the world his best

guys help i can't stop browsing this forum and goldenskate on today's sp... how am i meant to sleep tonight... also needed to prepare stuff for work tomorrow but that's only half done... my god olympics figure skating have taken over my life

I feel like the media attention on Shoma and Javi is lacking tbh... like they are underestimating the serious threat to medal places that they pose... Shoma is quite capable of placing above Nathan... Javi definitely if he goes clean. Boyang's presence in the media is like??. He's put so much effort into improving his PCs while maintaining his technical abiltiy, so how come they don't notice that?? .. Oh well this is the same vibe before 2017 Helsinki Overall I don't think the OGM is as black and white as Nathan vs Yuzu that the media is portraying... personally I was thinking more Shoma vs Javi vs Yuzu LOL but yeah...

Thinking about it I think the schedule will be too tight if they stay in Seoul - its only like 3 days?? till the actual event and time to acclimatize to the ice would probably helpful Also - the more he travels and the more he's around in public places like airports - more chances for media to find him LOL so yeah, probably better to get the trip done now
