Back to fluff mode. don’t u guys think it’s time for Yuzu to replace those Canadian silvers hanging on his bedroom wall with his 2 Oly golds and i just want to share my adoration to Yuzu. I think it’s super amazing that he has 2 Oly attempts and he gets gold for both of them

The thing I worry the most about Yuzu’s current battle with his injury is I am afraid he would give up. I knew he would win his battle against Boston injury bc he hadn’t fulfilled his goal, which was this 2nd OGM. However, just like he said in post-OGM interviews that he seemed to have fulfilled each goal he was aiming for. He only had his childhood dream, the 4A, as his motivation. And that, I’m afraid, wouldn’t be enough for him to win this battle. I think he realised that himself, thus he shared his worries about his injury so open like this. This is gonna be a long and exhausting battle. The emotional struggle would be harsh and I don’t know if he would want to go through that once again after Boston, especially now that he has reached his goals. I know he said he wanted to try to overcome this injury and I want to believe him, but if later we find out this injury is so much worse than it was, I think I would understand if he decides to stop.

I don’t know about opening ceremony bc I’ve never seen a Winter Oly athlete at Summer Oly tbh. But I’m pretty sure he would be everywhere to promote it. Reading the last few posts, I guess someone needs to be sent to TCC and maybe take some classes with Tracy? Hahaha but yeah guys this the place to be excited and emo about Yuzu, let’s keep it that way.

But I don’t think he wants to get one in Korea though. And we’re not sure where his primary sport doctor is. Like does he have one in Canada or in Japan? Bc we know for general body he has his primary doctor in Japan, cue to his stomach surgery, but he stays in Canada during sport injury. So, his sport doctor is probably in Toronto, thus he cannot get the mri yet. Bc even if he could get it in Japan, it would probably need to be translated and the worst case scenario, he needs to do it again. Bc i had my medical procedure done in another country once and when I was back in the US, they told me to do it again, which was annoying.

He did get it examined before, which is expected. I honestly think he’s waiting to get an mri, that’s why he couldn’t get it now he’s in Korea. When i was in the US, it took me 3 weeks to get an mri. So, im pretty sure he would get one either in Japan or Canada. Bc i think I saw a translation where he said he couldn’t go to Japan yet bc of his foot?

Nooo, i mean if he does xray during Olympic. What I get is that he doesn’t know his current ankle condition after the oly right? Also, if he has never took x-ray, which is weird btw, then he probably afraid of the media. But yeah, he probably doesn’t want to take xray during oly for that reason.

To avoid the Olympics doctor finding out. So that he could perform no matter what. Some athletes do that. Once your injury is discovered by the doctors, most of the time you can’t compete.

What if Yuzu goes “i want to coach!” And Brian is like “okay sure why not”. But after the 1st competition Yuzu goes to the kid and says “you know what kid, just let me perform” “u can’t do shuuu and paaa correctly, so just please stay on the bench”

He basically fulfilled his goal and now he only needs to chase his dream

Also, both Yuzu and Javi basically won with “classic” programs. These two won bc of their completeness on ice, so yeah i guess every freaking fed would try to contact him. I thought it was pooh-san

I am amazed with TCC teamwork. Like everyone basically cooperated for this great grand scheme. Javi was Yuzu’s competitor and he took part lmao it’s like everyone got oceaned by this scheme team Ocean TCC lmao
