Yeah, I don't think I'll convince her She is knows a thing or two about dancing, and she said his movements (rather than his face really) are very feminine, especially this arm movements. So that's why I thought Seimei would work, since the movements there are kinda sharper and less, how to put it, flowy? But she still sees it there no matter what And yeah, LGC probably wasn't the best choice, since PPOS do make his hips look very wide, even more so compared to his not so wide shoulders, she especially pointed it out on the final spin position. And the other skaters she saw were mostly guys from pairs, so I think she might have a different idea than me about what an average skater looks like. I was watching parts of the gala on the TV on Eurosport today. My step sister came in and watched with me for a while (she doesn't know anything about FS) and when Yuzu appeared, she was like: is that a guy or a girl...? She's like that age gender app thingy that keeps saying yuzu is an 18 year old girl And then she went on and said his movements are very female-like. So I wanted to show her something manlier. I thought Seimei and LGC would do the trick. They didn't, she still said it was girly

I just have some random thoughts I need to express. I've only become a FS fan recently and it's making me experience all kinds of things I've never known before. The excitement mixed with anxiety when watching a competition in real time, the mental state after waking up way too early/staying up way too late combined with the previous, the joy of seeing amazing performances and also the super nice community we have here at the Planet... It's all making me feel squishy on the inside Also, I should probably apologize to my family, I made my dad, mom, sister and grandparents listen to me babble on about figure skating, and they largely had no clue what the hell I was even saying. But it works like a charm to relieve my stress Also not sure how I did it, but I somehow managed to explain the Code of Points to my dad while waiting for the SP to start, well at least the main points......

In my defense I don't know anyone my age who doesn't drink form time to time, I'm one of the least drinking ones which is kinda sad

You know, I might just end up doing that in the end. But I don't think my class would be able to fully appreciate it, since they don't know the first thing about figure skating. I kinda feel an obligation to take this opportunity enlighten them

I know y'all are probably tired of reading about my school problems, but just one more thing, last one I promise. My English teacher wants us to make a "project" (in quotes, because what she's requesting hardly counts as a project in my book) on a topic of our choosing, it's supposed to be somthing we're interested in. I of course chose FS. But then she said it's supposed to be just one page long (+ some pictures)!! How am I supposed to summarise the beauty of this sport in such a short text? I don't even know where to begin, I'm sure I'll end up with about 5 times the amount of inforation she wants But one thing is for sure: she will be getting many, many pictures of Yuzu, whether she wants them or not Also, the teacher made the mistake of not specifying the font size we're supposed to use, so if worse comes to worst, she'll be reading a page of 8 px sized letters Also no. 2, we will also apparently do a short speaking exercise about the project later. Little does my teacher know that once I get on the subject of FS, such a thing as keeping it short doesn't happen .

I have tests and homework due tomorrow. I should totally be doing that. Instead I am rewatching Yuzu's programs. Why is FS doing this to me?! No one warned me this would happen. But really, it's gotten to the point where Yuzu appears in my dreams regularly . In the weirdest one I remember I was at a giant hotel of some kind, and there I met 12 year old mushroom Yuzu, who, for some reason unknown to me, spoke like five different languages including Czech, and he was some sort of a genius kid studying university at that age while also skating. And we were at the hotel, we talked about random things and ate loads of french fries with too much ketchup. And then we played hide and seek. I... I really wonder what my subconsious is trying to tell me with these...

Regarding the costume debate, I do like the new Seimei a lot, I think the cleaner white is nice and the embroidery looks super pretty. And I think the shape of the new version looks gorgeous. That said, I think I liked the color of the highlights of the old version better, but then some days I look at it and think it looks better than the old ones? But I think it'll grow on me with time. And who knows, maybe he will still update it. Oh and last season's costumes are probably my favorite of his? Idk, maybe I just have weird taste

Where I'll watch CoR remains to be seen, looks like they're only airing men's SP and ladies' FS on Czech Eurosport. Or maybe I'm just stupid and can't find it. Could be either really

Also while I'm on the subject, my studies have been suffering since I got into FS. I should be doing a bunch of schoolwork right now, but instead I'm procrastinating by playing H&L on the piano. I'm not even ashamed about it.

I am incredibly lucky that Friday 20th is election day in the Czech republic, which means school ends two hours earlier that usual. So I'll be able to watch the SP and not skip school for it (if I skipped I would die fourfold - mom would kill me, dad would kill me, the teacher would kill me and then our overlord himself probably because we're gonna see the new layout and new costume hopefully and I'm gonna die). So yay for me. Although I'm sure I'd still manage to watch even if it did overlap with school
