April 12Apr 12 When my friend tries to create an account today, it was said she didn't pass the security check. However, I am sure her answers were correct. Could it be possible that the function is broken or glitching?
April 12Apr 12 Hi, I actually don't understand why you're not giving her access. The data is correct, but if you write to the administrators I'm sure they'll give you all the correct information. It happened to me too at the beginning, but not because of this data, but because you have to reach a certain number of likes to have access, and that's 100.

Tried a few times through different gadgets (pc/phone), it said my answer were wrong (i even cross check my answers and i knew it's right). Only after a few days of trying it suddenly works and I able to make an acc Maybe just keep trying...

Did you do anything differently when you successfully registered? I've tried many days, I can't get it to work after all.

I forgot whether my cloudflare vpn is on or off tho But even when using Brave it still failed a few times
April 19Apr 19 I was having this issue but it turned out to be the site not liking the other catagories and blanks getting autofilled. I had to just write it out myself and the issue stopped.
April 21Apr 21 I had similar problem when registering last month. I was running Firefox with ad blocker add-on, and I kept getting rejected on the questionnaire, even if the answer were correct. I know my Firefox had been having issues on other websites lately, so I switched to Chrome and tried again. By then, I noticed there was a captcha / 'I'm not a robot' verification thingy that wasn't there during Firefox session. I guess my Firefox adblock may have blocked it. I don't have any add-on on Chrome since I barely use this browser. So after I checked this "I'm not a robot" box, the registration got accepted right away.
May 17May 17 I also tried verifying many times and almost gave up when I switched the website theme from the default gift theme to another one (i randomly chose the 2018 olympic one) and suddenly could see the ‘i am not a robot’ captcha sooo maybe that helps

I tried it and it worked! The 2018 Olympic one did nothing for me, but I used the first option instead. So at the very bottom of the page, click on "Theme" to select. After that the "Security Check" option is available, just click on it and solve the question.
