A free paper reported about the result of

a survey at a street corner to the question,

"Who is your favourite sport player ?".

No doubt, the most popular one was our :hachimaki: :smiley-gen013:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

As you may know, among Japanese fans, we've gotten

to the point that there's often "something behind the scene"

about rankings concerning back-up businesses, timing...

etc. that effected those results.

It's nothing but the truth that many of us have wondered

about those rankings for years. For example, how can you

explain when they said "this was the result from our

subscribers" and you are one of those subscribers but

have never been informed anything about the survey at all.

And so, this kind of ranking/survey is much more real and

fair and yes if it's something  in a sudden, no preparation

or no nothing(!), he's always been No. 1.:2thumbsup:

The other point is sth like what I translated last month with

regard to mobile phone's survey when Yuzu's No.1 by an

overwhelming majority, you can't expect those results to

be watched on TV!! That may explain why you saw those

rankings on TV when he's not no.1 or ranking after

someone who the media/JSF/(?) want to promote....

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Remarks : :68556364:No report on the number of people who

                      cooperated with this market research.

Anyway, there were more pictures of the ladies,

not just the ones in this twitter as seen on a blog.

:68556364:No exact figures/statistics shown on either

the twitter or the blog as far as I know.

                 :68556364:The twitter didn't mention the paper's name,

the date and the place when it took place.

Maybe a freesheet by a small firm ?

                 :68556364:  No K.Nishikori/S.Uno.

:thankyou:

Just wondering, is Yuzu's blood type A? His known character just sounds like it

Hello here!  And that's an interesting point!

Yuzuru's blood type is B.

Please refer to this blog:  http://blog.goo.ne.jp/hananinarouyo/e/4e4fa68e463eb6528dcca55e0b430255

I'm really sorry I don't have enough time to translate all of this, but the blog owner says this information was gathered from his official profile (most probably from JSF site) and his interviews on magazines, etc.

So Yuzu's blood type is B, most probably in his own words.

In Japan it is thought as quite natural, because at least here in this country, people with B type is

・Determined in one's own way

・Carefree

・Does not dare to read the "atmosphere" (in Japanese, "kuuki wo yomanai", doesn't read the air)

Just fyi, the most popular blood type in Japan is A.

Ah, just one more.

Most probably the info on the above-mentioned link came from a rather old source (prob. 2-3 year old magazine interview or radio program).

Although he says he doesn't watch variety program on TV, the fact is he really loves Japanese variety show, because he really often does Japanese comedian's comical poses especially during EX practices.

Thanks gladi for Brian´s interview. There must be lots of fans who believed in H&L and loved the piece from the beginning. Great that Yuzu chose this untypical, dreamy Japanese piece. I don´t know about his singing skills but he sure is musical and knows what kind of music suit for him.

How was it? I've considered watching it but I thought I should prepare myself for the kind of slow historical type of Japanese movie.

At the beginning I thought the acting was quite strange because of the exclamations and the exaggerated facial expressions (I'm not used to Japanese movies), but after a while I didn't notice them anymore and I enjoyed the story, which is not too much slow imo (I particularly appreciated Abe no Seimei being a little bit extra just like Yuzu :xD:).

I also payed attention to the soundtrack to figure out if there's another part of it that can be used for a program, but I love Seimei so much that nothing seemed better than it.
