  1. Whelp, let it not be said that our man Hanyu with his wise words isn't a massive motivator. Thought this would take me ages but only ended up taking me a few hours over a couple of days. There are probably some minor inaccuracies here and there but for the most part, this should be pretty much par for the course. Requested by Killaa over at the Media Link Request thread. If anyone knows the exact date this was aired, please share. ^_^ (ED: Thanks kiki. Not sure how I missed that. Thanks also for correction on the program name. Dara said as much but I absentmindedly put in its nickname instead of its official one -.-;;) Again, if you wish to share this elsewhere, it would be lovely if you could run it by me first. Thank you! ~*~ 2015/12/15 Hodo Stn. Special Interview (w/I. Furutachi)

  3. What do you think were Yuzuru's best jumps? I am not (justtalking about his best jumps in general, but specific times when he jumped beautifully. I really like his 3A in this ex: )

  6. So I came across this again the other day: This is the Kozuki Sports Award and Athlete Acknowledgment Ceremony that was held back in 2014. Hanyu was awarded the biggest award there for his achievements, and was the representative chosen to speak on behalf of athletes who were awarded in the event. He gave a speech that's a little over 4 minutes long which I haven't seen a translation for floating around, though I very well could have missed it. If one does exist, here's the version I did of it anyway: (Speech starts at the 9:17. If your want to see him accepting his award, it's starts at 7:29, right before his speech.)

The streaming parties are back! Let's enjoy some of our favourite programs and other happy videos of Yuzuru!
  9. Right...this is a tad embarrassing and awkward since I've never rooted for anyone to this degree before but I figured since I had a spare ema lying around at home, I finally got this done today: Here's what the ema looks like from the front (this is an earlier snapshot, when this lil project of mine was still a WIP): ...don't ask and i won't tell. Oh, and those two omikuji both say kichi so it's all good! Feel free to post your own wishes and prayers for him in this thread, like it's a little shrine right here at PH Simple ones in normal posts will do. I only did it the way I did cos I had an ema lying around collecting dust, and I had more wishes than I did ema... Anyway, the more wishes, the better!!
  10. Some interesting things beings said here that I felt deserve fuller context, since we've only gotten fragments so far, so here y'all go. (I only did the questions that were addressed directly to the guests and skipped all the pure MC bits about P&G. Just follow the time stamps if you want to know where exactly in the video the things below are being said.) Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
  11. Is this program Hodo Stn? Has Ichiro Furutachi retired???? Anywho, here's a rush-job translation of Matsuoka's latest interview with him. I'm not used to churning out things like this quickly so the work is rather...shoddy...at best. Still, the gist should be intact. ^^ Will probably be editing it from time to time until I'm happy with it. Anyway, here's the guy dishing out a large serving of awe. As usual. There's also a summarized version by @kaerb here. And I dunno about you all but I'm really getting some full-blown War Boy!Witness Me vibes from the dude. >.< 2017/10/16 TV Asahi Interview w/S.
