Sooooo, as a new Yuzu fan, I wanted to know how it was before he became 2x OGM. I went back to many forums. And boy...to say it's crazy is an understatement, esp after Jap Nast 2013. He was even called a sick kid who needs food and a yellowish boy whose mother doesn't let him go anywhere without her! It made me realize how our boy has nerves of steel because I personally wouldn't have been able to endure that. I became even more thankful that Yuzu continued to improve himself further and proved everyone wrong. He made himself the prime example of making the impossible possible. What a tough guy! So worthy of all the love in the world!

I don't understand the part "we've never seen Chen and Hanyu hit all their jumps in the same competition". Weren't they in Worlds 2017 when Yuzu had his historic flawless free skate? Nathan skated after him if I'm not mistaken.

They just won't stop ugh Olympics is over and Yuzu won fair and square. These scenarios they keep making are just downright pathetic now.

Has Yuzu always been this smooth of a skater? I noticed some senior skaters, you'll know when they'll jump and it's almost awkward sometimes. But Yuzu, it's like part of the whole program. I can't describe it properly. It's like water and feather combined.

Are Yuzu merch Tokyo-centric? I went to Japan last June, in Fukuoka and Osaka to be exact, and I was not able to find any merch. I was so sad because that's one of the reasons why I went there. Or maybe I did not look properly (mainly because my boyfriend didn't have the patience for my fangirling escapades) hahahahahaha

I totally agree with this. Yuzu doesn't seem like the type who likes money or wealth so much. Even his family lives simply. I remember reading that they still live in their old house. He seems okay with everything for now in terms of financial stability...as long as he gets to buy expensive earphones hahahahahahahahahaha

So, here's the thing: How do you guys do it? Hahaha how do you not feel gutted when Yuzu doesn't perform well or when he gets underscored? Please tell me how because this is my first time of following him religiously and boy was I sad. Lols. Also, does he really score low during the start of the season?

Not looking at it in the context of age, but just the fact that he has already achieved so much in his career that you'd think he'd move on already. But here he is, proving just how much he loves skating as a whole and not just the aspect of winning.
