  1. Yikes. But I agree, for me the best Orange Colored Sky was ACI, I think, or even test skates, and it has regressed a lot since. I’m a bit sad bc I think it could have been good. Brave to change midseason, I hope it pays off.
  2. 5th!! I’m so happy! But it is hilarious that my best results were in ID, which I follow the least. And I’m also amused I did well in the warm-up round that I thought I was bombing really hard. Thank you, @Joey this has been really fun!
  3. Hmm, I get the links to the judges floating, but not the first row. Might be bc I’m on mobile? Cool, good to know!
  4. Thank you for doing all this work, I find it facinating! Also, big thanks for the explainer, I was wondering about a few thing. Could you explain what the red, green or no colored cells mean? Different levels of statistical certainty? Also, any chance of making the first row float (called Freeze in Google Spreadsheets, in View)?
  5. It feels like I’m just getting worse and worse at this. At least I have a lot of kuyashii for GPF.
  6. Awesome, 0 points for the Bonus q’s. I feel like I was much better in the beginning...
  7. I think he’s getting to where he knows for certain what he wants. It’s only 9 months since he fulfilled his life-long dream, it’s only 2 months since ACI when he realized he can’t be Chillzuru, and now directly after he was injured he said he still wants 4A, so that’s one part given. ACI to GPS seems to indicate he still wants to win win — I love how much clearer Otonal became when he moved the combo to the second half, showing the judges and everyone else what he’s aiming for and what he’s made of. And like, again, it hasn’t even been a year, since his dream came true. Every comp, every new experience is showing him where he is and what he wants.
  8. Injuries are always worse on the second day. I think part of why he could skate yesterday was bc he was injured that morning. But also, yes, I really hope it’s not as serious as last year.
  9. Yeah, no one wanted to be here again. So basically we know nothing. (Yes I’m apparently handling things by trying to research the heck out of them. I’m not even surprised.)
  10. Thank you so much! The other translation from twitter went with ”inferior tibial fatigue injury” but the other two seem the same. I know it’s always tricky translating medical jargon so thank you even more!
  11. Googling makes me suspect the fatigue injury is a stress fracture. Anyone with actual medical knowledg who can clarify?
  12. Ahhhhh, the new themes are so lovely! Thank you all for your hard work!
  13. Thank you! I wasn’t expecting Kolyada to be such a wildcard! I guess Boyang’s doing the 6 quad (right?) layout he did in local comps earlier in the fall? But most importantly, what about the 4T3A layout? How much lower would the BV be?
  14. And... I changed my answers. Let’s hope my first try wasn’t better.
  15. Heh, I’m thinking of redoing my predictions and making sure I have more Russians on the podiums.
  16. Woo, top 5! And thank you again for adding me in, Joey! Looking at the rest of your predictions I realized I completely forgot about Keegan. I might have to redo it.. Or YOLO with Jun and Jason as 2 and 3, hmmm. I think the name being an required field is a brilliant idea. All of us are obviously very humble and self-effacing people not caring about the glory of correct preditions but it does make your so much work harder.
  17. Yes please! Like how does the one with 4T3A and 3F2T compare to last seasons planned one with the 4Lz and the one he actually did at the Olympics?
