  1. Yes, she's lovely and has charisma. I wish her well, too, wherever she goes. She was not the first one who wasn't treated well and won't be the last one either, I'm afraid. Hopefully we'll see her in a year or so...
  2. I've been following Vivien Papp's saga for months now, since I'm still in a figure skating-related FB group in which Vivien, her father, brother, and many more others have posted a lot about her issues in the past weeks. Apparently the federation wanted her to sign a contract that says without their permission Vivien can't get new sponsors or decide who to train with. Since she doesn't want to sign the contract, she won't be allowed to compete at JGP Gdansk. She has said many times that she hasn't received any support from the federation, especially since she left Sebestyen's club a few years ago. The last drop for her when she saw a Russian skater on the JGP Courchevel substitute list this August, Polina Dzsumanyijazova, representing Hungary. So she's decided to switch countries. Previously she said she received three offers so I wonder which country she'll represent. She's been training in Italy for years now. I wish her all the best https://www.facebook.com/100010339082410/videos/624204002710946/
  3. The AERA cover picture is so dreamy and atmospheric, though I don't really like it when Yuzu's face is too photoshopped, because he doesn't need it at all. At least Mika Ninagawa didn't erase his moles, unlike Sekkisei does all the time. The Sekkisei gift sets are so pretty but my favourites are the bags because those are the so beautiful and useful since it can be used many times.
  4. I was thinking of a simple table like this, a new table could be done every week or 2 weeks, depending on how busy things are: Haha, sounds good
  5. There are so many Yuzu-related news these days that I'm starting to get lost tbh Especially with so many tweets brought here, that it's hard to follow which are real news, and which are old things or random tweets/pic/gifs etc. We could have a separate thread with one post/week that summarizes of forthcoming TV programs, interviews, appearances etc so it could be easier to keep track of everything. If anyone who is active on a daily basis would like to do it, feel free and open a new thread for it
  6. It's so good that the multicamera/one camera version is up on Youtube now, in great quality. It's much better than what we've seen on Saturday. Rondo was brilliant, everything Yuzu did was at the highest possible level, jumps, spins, the step sequence, the musical interpretation...he is aiming higher and higher, his shape is really incredible. When I watch him it seems like his performance ends in 20 seconds, it is so captivating like nothing else. Thank you Yuzu!!

  22. Thanks to AWW for translating the full interview with Yuzu and Shuzo Matsuoka. It's good to hear Yuzu is positive about his future, his words are reassuring and inspirational. If not for the 4A he didn't want to go to Beijing. His perseverance and hard work is incredible. All the trainings in the past years, especially since the pandemic when he trained alone at night must have been so difficult. I am happy he is finally free from judging, scores, competition and he won't have any of the boundaries and pressure that come with being an amateur athlete. SharePractice was already fantastic and he organised it in just a few weeks. He surely has so many other great ideas as a pro..we will probably hear more about his plans in the coming months. I am looking forward to his activites and projects and will continue to support him as always 💕
